Consultations: No charge – no commitment to book. Speak to our designers about your hair or a particular service you may be thinking of.
Neck or Fringe Trims: Guests of the salon may drop in for a complimentary fringe or neck trim to help extend the life span of their haircut.
Opening Times: We are open 7 days a week with early mornings from 8am and multiple late nights till 9pm.
Take-home: A fully stocked take-home shop. Anything we use in the salon can be purchased to take home with instructions from us on how to use it.
Loss or Damage: Regrettably we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit.
Parking: We have short stay metered parking outside ideal for cutting visits. Roads beyond here are free no limit parking great for technical visits which could be three hours. You also have the station car park at the bottom of the road and at the Arndale Centre. Please note parking is free on a Sunday.
Training Models: Our training centre trains all of our Future Professionals in the salon.
This extends to ongoing education for the whole team, so we constantly need models.

Just nipped out for a haircut? Let us know. Brought your work with you, no problem, ask a team member for our WIFI password and you can work away while you are with us.
Gift Vouchers: Experience vouchers can be purchased from the salon. Valid for a 12-month period from the date of sale. Vouchers can be used for services or take-home products.
Cancellation policy: There are times and occasions when it is necessary to cancel appointments. We request when possible 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation otherwise we may have to charge for your visit or remove loyalty points to the value of your appointment.
