We love to get personal testimonials to share with potential guests looking for a new salon
As a thank you to you we will enrol you in our loyalty points scheme so you can earn and spend with us. (ask a team member about rewards for this). Use our Send a Friend programme and we will give anyone you recommend to us a FREE wash cut and blow dry on their first visit to our salon.
On the other hand, if you have been less then 100% happy with your visit for whatever reason then please tell us about it today. We would love to put things right for you.
If you return within two weeks of the original visit we will promise to offer you free hairdressing until the issue is resolved. (see terms & Conditions)
Between three to four weeks after the original visit, we will redo it, at 50% off the original price.
After four weeks we will redo the service though you will be required to pay the normal price for the service as it is completely normal for guests to have services every four to five weeks.
