Consultations.
Let one of our designers help you, by answering any hair challenges that you may be facing, and recommend the best services we have available for you.

Fringe trims and neck tidies.
Complimentary fringe trims to help the lifecycle of your haircut, or a free neck tidy between appointments, are available for our male guests.

Loyalty programmes
We offer two types of loyalty programme. One is a smartphone with App to collect stamps and unlock free services. The second offers points for using certain salon services, that can then be spent within the salon. Ask a team member for more details.

Gift Vouchers.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are redeemable against in-salon services and take-home products.

Send-a-friend.
Recommend your friends to the salon and they can get a half-price haircut on their first visit, PLUS you will get 15,000 loyalty points as a thank you.

Salon app.
Salon app Download our App and get a £10 voucher to spend in the salon. The App is packed with features for you to enjoy.

Deposits.
Deposits are required for all services in the salon with a value in excess of £150.

No-shows.
Not showing up for appointments can cost each designer a large amount in commission pay every year. So please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your experience, to avoid losing loyalty points.

WiFi.
Log in to our free salon WiFi.

Opening hours.
We are open 7 days a week, with early mornings from 8 am, and 3 late nights till 9 pm. Open bank holidays.

Academy models.
Models are needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

Online booking services.
Our online booking service is simple to use and does most of the work for you. Simply pick the same service again, or build a new appointment step-by-step. It’s open 24/7/365 to book, or check appointments already made. We will credit your account with loyalty points, each time you use the system, and you can use the system to check your loyalty points total.

Online shopping service.
Do you need to top up your products in-between salon visits, or do you want to get a size that we don’t stock in the salon? Then use our online shopping service, open 24/7. We keep most products in stock, in every size and they are sent directly to your chosen delivery address.

Social media.
Look for us, follow us and share our content on social media – we’re on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Goggle+. By following us you can check latest offers and deals, see what we’ve been up to, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advice, hairstyles and colour treatments.
